Job summary

Neolytix in the United States seeks a Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Services to lead provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for healthcare clients. You will shape scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client satisfaction across hospitals, physician groups, and health systems.

You will manage a geographically distributed team, set performance metrics, and partner with product and operations to optimize our in-house credentialing platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of credentialing and payer enrollment management with leadership experience.
• Experience managing operations in vendor or multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of NCQA, CMS, CAQH/PECOS/NPPES systems.
• Lead teams of 10+ credentialing/enrollment professionals.
• Strong understanding of provider revenue cycle and impact of delays.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for credentialing and enrollment service delivery.
• Lead client onboarding and development of customized enrollment strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end credentialing lifecycle and PSV compliance.
• Direct all payer enrollment across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers.
• Manage a geographically distributed workforce with KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead NCQA Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) certification initiatives and audits.
