Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Corporate Director of Network Strategy to lead enterprise-wide provider network strategy. You will design data-driven strategies informed by market research, contracting, and analytics to optimize network value across volume, cost, quality, access, and satisfaction.

The role requires advanced leadership, negotiation acumen, and collaboration with health plan leaders to drive new market strategies and contract opportunities.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA preferred for leadership in managed care strategy.
• 10+ years of contract negotiation in a managed care environment across multiple provider types.
• 5+ years of network strategy experience with strategic contracting and negotiations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development, product leadership, medical management, pricing, actuary, and provider networks.
• Lead and deploy programmatic provider network solutions and respond to proposals.
• Manage the operational reporting team and the provider experience team.
