Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead pharmacology activities within our Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling, and Simulation unit. Office-based/remote role requires strategic PK/PD leadership across drug development programs and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will design and oversee PK/PD analyses, review protocols and study reports, and contribute to regulatory dossiers while mentoring junior staff. A PharmD or PhD and 8+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent clinical pharmacology activities within the unit.
• Provide strategic pharmacology advice to clients within cross-functional teams.
• Design, analyze, and interpret PK/PD studies and optimize sampling and dosing strategies.
• Review protocols, study reports, regulatory documents (INDs, NDAs, briefing packages).
