Allucent is seeking a Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead independent pharmacology activities within our Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling, and Simulation unit. The role involves strategic pharmacology guidance across drug development programs, PK/PD analysis, and regulatory document contributions.

Ideal candidates will have PharmD or PhD with 8+ years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with potential remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD in a relevant area required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Client focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical pharmacology guidance to clients within cross-functional teams.
• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of PK/PD studies; optimize sampling and dosing strategies.
• Assess PK/PD projects using noncompartmental, population PK, PBPK, and QSP modeling.
• Oversee PK/PD reports and contribute to protocols, study reports, INDs, and regulatory documents.
