Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Director, Client Integrations to lead onboarding, integrations, and transition efforts for healthcare clients. This role partners with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, and Implementation to ensure seamless client transitions and long-term success while aligning with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate has deep healthcare operations, client onboarding, and project leadership experience, with the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client services, implementation, or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, client onboarding, integrations, and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting complex healthcare implementations, integrations, operational transitions, or client onboarding initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 20% based on business and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client integration activities during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and operational transitions.
• Serve as a primary operational partner throughout implementation and transition efforts.
• Assess existing workflows, policies, processes, and operational structures to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Partner with operational leaders to develop post-integration action plans that support quality, productivity, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Support organizational readiness activities including training, communication, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor implementation progress, operational performance, risks, and key milestones.
• Assist with the development and implementation of action plans related to operational gaps, client needs, and integration concerns.
