Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership or management role in healthcare.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with operational accountability.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise-level clinical programs or value-based care models across markets.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design and develop enterprise-scale clinical programs focused on brain and behavior conditions.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to enhance program design efficiency and insights.
• Build feasibility studies and financial models for scale and sustainability.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for national scalability and ongoing innovation.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to meet state and federal requirements.
• Prepare executive materials and present program performance to leadership.
• Support implementation and monitor KPIs across programs.
