Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Clinical Program Director of Brain and Behavior to ideate, design, and develop innovative specialty clinical programs focused on Neurological and Behavioral Health. You will lead a small team, collaborate with analytics, clinical implementation technology, and medical management teams to drive affordability, outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

Master's or higher in a related field (or MBA with clinical background) and healthcare leadership experience.
5+ years in a leadership or management role in healthcare.
5+ years of healthcare experience with operational accountability.
Experience designing, scaling, or operationalizing enterprise-level clinical programs or value-based care models.
Deep clinical understanding of brain and neurodegenerative conditions; familiarity with evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

Ideate, design and develop innovative specialty clinical programs across Neurological and Behavioral Health.
Leverage advanced analytics and AI/LLMs to enhance program design and insights.
Build feasibility and financial models to assess operational readiness and impact.
Collaborate with analytics teams to develop KPIs and dashboards for program performance.
Coordinate with regulatory/compliance to ensure program adherence across markets.
Support program implementation and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise teams.
