Job summary

VerTALENTS is seeking a Director of AI SecOps to lead AI-enabled automation for client-facing cybersecurity services. This senior, hands-on role combines software engineering with AI expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable security solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive technical strategy across architectures, integrations, and automation in a fully remote international setting.

Qualifications

Strong background in software development.
Experience applying AI technologies to complex challenges.
Solid understanding of software architecture, automation, and system integration.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
Strong client-facing experience, including communicating with senior executives.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven automation initiatives for client-facing cybersecurity services.
Identify opportunities to apply AI models and software engineering techniques to client challenges.
Guide the development and implementation of AI-powered security solutions.
Lead and mentor software engineers and security professionals.
Provide technical guidance on system architecture, integration, and automation.
Communicate with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
Collaborate with VerSprite leadership on technical priorities and service innovation.
