Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies seeks a Director to lead product strategy and governance for payer, HCP, omnichannel, and engagement data products. You will define vision, roadmap, and adoption plans, embedding semantic data definitions and metadata for enterprise reuse.

The role partners with DEO and Data Partnerships to deliver scalable, AI-ready data offerings with measurable business impact. Travel may be required, and a strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare, data, analytics, or consulting with data products focus.
• 5+ years domain expertise in customer data, payer/HCP data, omnichannel analytics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for payer, HCP, omnichannel, and engagement.
• Define products with semantic definitions, reusable measures, metadata, lineage, and consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with DEO and other teams to translate strategy into executable, scalable plans.
• Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and governance with measurable outcomes.
• Establish standards, governance routines, and value measures for reliability and reuse.
• Guide cross-functional teams to minimize duplication and align with enterprise priorities.
