Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira; Confluence preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle in digital or marketing environments.
• C1/C2 English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate teams and workstreams to deliver on time.
• Manage Jira boards and backlogs, run sprint planning, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Establish and maintain Jira standards, workflows, and documentation; manage change with internal teams and partners.
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive resolution with internal and agency partners.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and reporting.
• Keep teams aligned and communicate progress and next steps to stakeholders.
