Allstate is seeking a Digital Product Manager, Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of products within Allstate's portfolio. You will shape product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and backlogs to maximize customer and business value, while managing and maintaining the product backlog.

You will coordinate across Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, CX, Marketing, Legal, State Management, and Technology teams to drive outcomes.

Qualificações

• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on customer insights and market data.
• Lead discovery, framing, prioritization, and delivery activities to maximize value.
• Represent the voice of the customer through research, feedback, and validation.
• Partner with business and tech teams to deliver outcomes across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and monitor metrics to measure product performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, CX, Marketing, Legal, State Management, and Tech.
• Support product launches, pricing enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and release readiness.
• Deliver enhancements that improve pricing, underwriting, risk management, and customer value.
