You will work with Excel for metadata management and support other departments with scheduling and program coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficient typing with 35–40 WPM.

• Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and other tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter; can take on new tasks with minimal guidance.

• Capable of working on-site and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Digital Platform content distribution and metadata entry.
• Prepare content for distribution on new platforms.
• Verify accuracy after transfers and ensure activity.
• Distribute, input, and provide metadata for new platforms.
• Work within the Broadcast industry and manage episodic metadata.
• Use Excel spreadsheets to manage metadata and schedules.
• Maintain and update files for incoming requests.
• Create and manage files distributed to platforms and in-house.
• Update content (images, audio, video, metadata) as needed.
• Build relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
• Schedule meetings for DP preparation and transfers.
• Keep records of programs and schedules in distribution.
