Job summary

TrueSense Marketing is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to join our team as the Manager of Digital Media Operations.

In this role, you'll oversee the search engine marketing and social advertising execution teams and will work alongside other Operations staff to build sustainable processes for executing efficient campaigns that raise awareness (and money!) to support our nonprofit clients' missions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on digital media advertising experience, including keyword research, campaign builds, budget management, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Ad Grants accounts strongly preferred
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or developing direct reports
• Proficient in Google Analytics and in-platform reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of digital media coordinators, including hiring and mentoring.
• Provides hands-on, in-platform functional leadership and troubleshooting in client accounts.
• Owns digital media team processes, SOPs, and reporting guidelines for paid media.
• Collaborates with the Performance Marketing and Analytics teams on budgets and tracking.
