Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for Fall 2026 to support the Digital Team in delivering creative solutions that drive occupancy and enhance branding across our communities. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include executing email campaigns, social media initiatives, content creation, copyediting, and analytics. Hours are 9am–5pm, Sept 8 to Dec 18, 2026, with a $18/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must be in the process of earning a degree in Marketing or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication; copywriting/copyediting interest.
• Solid analytical and numerical abilities with good attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RentCafe to implement and oversee website changes.
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.
• Craft content and execute social media marketing initiatives (Meta Business Suite).
• Monitor online reputation and branding across communities.
• Generate reports on owned, paid, and shared media performance.
• Assist in coordinating and executing digital marketing projects.
• Conduct audits to optimize marketing strategies.
• Copywriting and copyediting; support content calendars.
• Basic photo editing for digital campaigns; research to support initiatives.
