24x7 Direct is seeking a Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant to support digital marketing activities, CRM management, client communication, lead generation, and general administration. This remote, full-time role requires discipline, reliability, and the ability to work fixed hours in Philippine time.

Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, outreach, CRM workflows, invoicing with contractors, and organizing webinars.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and admin support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deliver/schedule content.
• Multi-platform social media management and engagement.
• Moderate all social media platform comments and POD engagement.
• Social Media Outreach sequencing and appointment setting.
• Content creation support and design.
• Blog/content writing.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
