Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years leading projects or project teams.
• At least 3 years of IT-related experience supporting IT-focused projects.
• Experience implementing software, hardware, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital health solutions and laboratory informatics implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate activities across sales, service, delivery, and implementation teams.
• Partner with customer IT and laboratory stakeholders to support LIS integrations and connectivity initiatives.
• Collaborate on implementations involving LIS platforms such as EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, and similar systems.
• Support deployment of diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation solutions, middleware, and digital health technologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, and change requests with timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate project records and status reporting within enterprise PM systems.
• Facilitate alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams via routine reviews and communications.
• Monitor progress against commitments, revenue projections, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support delivery.
