Job summary

Shift Digital is seeking a Digital Field Consultant to advise OEM regional managers and dealerships on digital programs and technology adoption. You will analyze performance, drive adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results across websites, digital advertising, and eCommerce.

The role is a temporary contract (12–18 months) with fully remote work and quarterly travel to Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail, consulting, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insight abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/French required.

Responsibilities

• Advise dealerships and OEM field teams with personalized recommendations.
• Review performance metrics and identify opportunities across channels.
• Prepare presentations, scorecards, and performance updates.
• Support implementation and monitor success.
