EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Accessibility Specialist to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure EBSCOhost and related products meet accessibility standards.

You will test, identify, and remediate accessibility issues across web-based platforms, collaborating with engineering and design to build accessible features from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accessibility career to grow technical skills while making a meaningful

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of accessibility experience or related coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and assistive technologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript as they relate to accessible web development.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual and automated accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549, and Section 508.
• Identify, document, and help remediate accessibility defects with cross-functional teams.
• Support accessibility audits of new and existing features throughout the development lifecycle.
