Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Differential Diagnosis AI Reviewer to evaluate evaluation prompts and responses against the company's quality rubric. You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and write structured feedback for model retraining.

The role is an independent contractor position for a remote US-eligible reviewer. You will commit to asynchronous work, approximately 10 hours per week, and help improve the reliability of AI assessments in clinical contexts.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience in differential diagnosis AI review.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing rubric clauses.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples.
• Document recurring failure modes so the modeling team can target them in the next training run.
