Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC invites a consultant dietitian to join our team serving the long-term care community in Miramar Beach, FL. This 16-hour-per-week position offers eight hours remote and eight hours onsite with a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialing is required for practice.
• Dietetic licensure is required to work as a consultant dietitian.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, client-centered approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Offer recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
