$58.76435/hr incl. casual loading

2024-2025 FY Remote Nurse Total Remuneration Package (TRP)
TRP includes the hourly rate (annualised to include Saturday penalty rates and 2 x meal allowances), casual hourly rate also includes casual loading. Both include 11.5% superannuation.
Remote Locality Allowance (RLA) is a taxable benefit, applied when required to live and work remotely for more than 21 days. It is paid at $53/day (max of 10 days per pay fortnight). $13780/pa pro-rata RLA is only payable when living remote (not when on leave or in town).
Remote Dialysis Nurses may also be eligible for higher duties as Site Coordinator at some sites.
6+ weeks annual leave (pro-rata) for full-time remote
About the role
The role of the Registered Nurse (Dialysis) is to deliver haemodialysis on a 2:1 patient to nurse ratio to patients with complex needs in a community context and contribute to the management of dialysis units under the direction of Site or Regional Coordinators. Key responsibilities include holistic care and chronic disease management to support renal patients and their families.
