Texas Sports Academy Main is seeking a D1 Gymnastics Youth Mentor to coach student-athletes remotely via video, balancing academic guidance with athletic mentorship. The role focuses on building steady, credible guidance and helping pitchers develop study and time-management habits while leveraging Division I gymnastics experience to inform training and life as a student-athlete.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with Division I gymnastics background.
• Experience coaching or mentoring youth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide students through their academic day via video sessions.
• Mentor athletes on mental game, training habits, and recruiting.
• Build relationships and provide accountability and feedback.
• Help students navigate learning platforms and develop study habits.
• Maintain standards of effort, focus, and conduct; provide feedback.
• Communicate progress with parents and staff.
