Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Security Engineer (DevSecOps) to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and bridge development, operations, and security teams. You will implement automated security testing in CI/CD, define Policy as Code, manage secrets, and harden containerized workloads across environments, while promoting secure coding practices and continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Proficiency with security tooling such as Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua.
• Hands-on experience implementing Policy as Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Strong background in secrets management and securing containerized infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Integrate automated security scanning into CI/CD pipelines to catch vulnerabilities early.
• Define and implement Policy as Code to maintain consistent security standards across all infrastructure and deployments.
• Manage and secure sensitive data through robust secrets management solutions across environments.
