Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer for a 100% remote role, integrating security into the DevOps lifecycle with focus on cloud, automation, and secure delivery.

The successful candidate will design secure CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and collaborate across teams to protect systems.

This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Security Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security tools into development and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and best practices.
