Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4–7+ years of experience in DevSecOps/DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong exposure to security controls and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to work across application, cloud, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines automating build, test, security scanning, and deployment for mission‑critical systems.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code templates and automation scripts for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Embed security baselines, policy checks, and monitoring into pipelines to enforce DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with teams to standardize DevSecOps toolchains for an as‑a‑Service delivery model.
• Support auto‑provisioning of infrastructure components using automation tools.
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot issues to drive reliability and performance.
• Document DevSecOps standards and provide coaching on pipeline and secure‑coding practices.
