The role is fully remote and ideal for a seasoned platform engineering professional with deep Kubernetes, Argo CD, deployment automation, and building scalable self-service platforms for engineering teams in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and large-scale deployments.
• Experience with Argo CD, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (FedRAMP High/IL5) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for Platform Services.
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment systems using Argo CD.
• Develop golden paths to enable teams to deploy and operate at scale.
• Lead platform engineering efforts around reliability, observability, and automation.
• Partner with software, security, and infra teams to ensure secure cloud deployments.
