BairesDev is seeking a DevOps/SysAdmin to manage on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructures for a global, remote-first team. The role focuses on automating tasks, ensuring system reliability, and aligning infrastructure with business needs.

You will work with Linux and Windows environments, leverage Bash/Python/PowerShell for automation, and use Prometheus and ELK for monitoring. English fluency is required and a 100% remote setup is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for task automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus and the ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure Linux and Windows Server environments across physical and virtual landscapes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to eliminate manual toil and streamline recurring operational tasks.
• Deploy and manage comprehensive monitoring stacks to provide deep visibility into system health and performance.
• Architect and configure complex network protocols and infrastructure to maintain high availability and connectivity.
• Implement proactive security measures, including access controls and backup strategies, to safeguard enterprise data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving business and development needs.
