Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a DevOps/SRE Engineer for an information security-focused role. The position is remote as a contract engagement, with responsibilities spanning design, deployment, and operation of an LLM-based code vulnerability scanner on AWS Bedrock.

You will build evaluation harnesses, pipelines, and telemetry dashboards, plus ensure patching, tuning, and feature development post-go-live. Prioritize security best practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in security engineering or software development.
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock or hosted LLM platforms.
• Experience with Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a security engineer on cloud projects.
• Build and operate an LLM-based code vulnerability detector on AWS Bedrock.
• Develop evaluation harness to measure scanner quality and reporting.
• Build/maintain scanning pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins, deployed to ECS via Terraform.
• Deliver telemetry to Splunk and build dashboards for health and throughput.
• Provide on-call support and ensure compliance with standards.
