Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Director of DevOps and Service Delivery to oversee multiple teams delivering software and services with a focus on efficiency, automation, and scalability. You will drive best practices, promote change, and align technology initiatives with enterprise goals.

You will influence senior leadership, ensure architectural compliance, and build strong vendor partnerships, while developing talent to meet current and future needs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps functions.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Agile development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive and promote established best practices across DevOps and service delivery.
• Lead and influence senior leadership on technology strategy and department plans.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture standards and quality targets.
• Build and foster relationships with vendor partners for efficient delivery.
• Funnel organizational communication and align team with department goals.
