Job summary

Loop is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager who will lead a five-person team, stay hands-on at least 50% of the time, and own infrastructure, pipelines, and internal tools. You will shape a roadmap to scale our platform, with focus on progressive delivery, multi-region AWS, and autonomous deployment practices.

Columbus, OH or fully remote in the U.S. is acceptable, with strong emphasis on collaboration with Product, Data, and Security teams and guiding engineers to ship safely and quickly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on platform or infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years DevOps leadership/SRE leadership experience.
• Strong AWS multi-region architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps team focused on infrastructure and pipeline delivery.
• Own product infrastructure and internal tools.
• Develop roadmaps with milestones to support growth.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, and incident response.
