Job summary

Missing Link Security is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer II to support the OHS Training and Technical Assistance Data Platform (TTA Hub) for HHS/ACF. The role focuses on cloud hosting management, CI/CD delivery, and production operations to enable reliable releases and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive cloud experience, IaC, observability, and incident response skills, plus the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years operating cloud applications and automating infrastructure.
• Two+ years maintaining CI/CD within Agile teams.
• Experience with Platform as a Service environments; Cloud Foundry preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and observability.
• Experience with secrets management and production incident response.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cloud.gov hosting environment, including staging and production environments.
• Manage deployments, infrastructure as code, configuration, and rollback processes.
• Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated security and quality checks.
• Manage application logs, metrics, alerts, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Own production monitoring, operational runbooks, and release-verification processes.
• Lead incident diagnosis and restoration when production issues occur.
• Plan and support the initial production cutover.
• Maintain system administration, disaster-recovery, and operations documentation.
• Provide configuration and continuous-monitoring evidence for Authorization to Operate (ATO).
