LiveRamp is seeking an infrastructure-focused professional to design, build, and operate our database infrastructure and tooling, emphasizing reliability, security, and scale. You will collaborate with product and security teams to deliver self-service environments and production-ready platforms.

The role involves on-call responsibilities, driving modernization efforts, and creating runbooks to support scalable data collaboration across LiveRamp’s global network.

Qualificações

• Interest or experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure-focused work and supporting production systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest or experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and the associated networking, security, and managed services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) and configuration management frameworks.
• Interest or experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, multi-service environments.
• Background in Linux systems, containers, and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, or similar).
• Understanding of observability stacks (metrics, logs, tracing) and using them to improve reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for automation (Python, Go, Bash).
• Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, with clear written and verbal communication and practical outcomes.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and lead incident response in high-availability environments.
• Interest or experience in doing POCs by building infra for new tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional partners and documenting designs clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate infrastructure tooling (Kubernetes clusters, networks, databases).
• Implement and harden observability tooling for metrics, logs, traces; automate remediation to reduce MTTR.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts for efficient deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC for repeatable, self-service env creation.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to deliver reliable, secure DB infrastructure.
• Own on-call duties for database operations and ensure SLAs for availability and data quality.
• Promote DevOps best practices and help teams adopt platform capabilities and standards.
• Create runbooks and documentation for the tech stack.
• Drive roadmaps for new data/infrastructure technologies with proofs of concept.
