Job summary

ClearlyAgile is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support customers with scalable, secure infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms. You will work closely with developers and customers, acting as the first line of defense for the platform against threats.

Responsibilities include improving delivery, establishing CI/CD pipelines, cost optimization, and mentoring other engineers in enterprise DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GitLab and Terraform (2+ years).
• Strong cloud knowledge, preferably Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current tech stack and develop a strategy to improve application delivery.
• Establish milestones to measure delivery and reliability of software as strategies are implemented.
• Identify manual processes in the SDLC that can be automated.
• Develop a cloud-migration strategy for software not yet hosted in the cloud.
• Review infrastructure and hosting costs to identify savings opportunities.
• Establish best practices and mentor engineers in enterprise DevOps solutions.
