Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks DevOps Engineer Specialists to work across the software development life cycle and contribute to design, coding, testing and deployment of applications in an agile environment.

You will own DevOps aspects of the product, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation, leveraging AWS (EC2, RDS, EFS, VPC), Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and scripting in Go, Python or Shell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, IT or related field with six years of progressive DevOps experience.
• Experience with automation scripting using Python and Groovy.
• Strong background in DevOps engineering and cloud technologies (AWS) and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency with AWS services, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Argo CD and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the software development life cycle from design to deployment in an agile environment.
• Own all DevOps aspects of the product including CI/CD and cloud engineering.
• Automate cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring, enabling scalable, reliable deployments.
