Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC invites a DevOps Engineer Specialist to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to validation, focusing on automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability.

You will own DevOps responsibilities, build CI/CD pipelines, and work with AWS services, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Groovy, Git, Docker, and Terraform to modernize our cloud platforms and improve developer experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with six years of experience in coding and development.
Experience with Python and Groovy scripting and DevOps engineering.
Proficient with AWS services and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, and Git; Linux experience.
Familiar with IaC tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible; monitoring with Syslog-ng or Splunk.

Responsibilities

Contribute across the software development lifecycle, designing, coding, testing, and validating applications.
Automate cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance; implement monitoring and alerting.
Own DevOps aspects of products, including CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling.
Utilize AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform to modernize cloud platforms.
