Blockchain Works is seeking a passionate engineer to support developer relations and community engagement. In this role, you will foster relationships within the developer ecosystem, advocate for our products, and help establish a robust community around our solutions in the DeFi space. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in engineering and familiarity with Ethereum and Cosmos protocols, alongside a commitment to driving innovation and knowledge sharing.
Infrared Finance is the flagship application of the upcoming Proof of Liquidity consensus mechanism pioneered by Berachain. The application reimagines liquid staking in the context of the three-token architecture and the unique soulbound elements of BGT. The protocol maximizes value for stakeholders via social aggregation of BGT through its infrastructure level PoL vaults and iBGT liquid staked derivative.
We look for a few things across all contributors we onboard at Infrared, regardless of role or team. First, we look for signals that a candidate will thrive in our fast-paced work environment, where we default to quick iterations, critical thinking, and sound judgments because we play only to succeed. Second, we seek people with the desire to share their expertise and the capacity to extend their knowledge to drive innovation. Finally, we seek candidates who can commit to a greater goal; unite as a team to reach something no one could have done on their own.
The Infrared core team is the driving force behind expanding our reach and influence over the multi-billion dollar opportunity of proof-of-liquidity. As part of the engineering team, you will help build and maintain relationships with market-makers, DeFi protocols, service providers, and relevant infrastructure partners that will make integrations with Infrared's stack as easy as possible.
Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples or GitHub links showcasing their expertise. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
