Job summary

Financial Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the developer experience for an API-first platform. You’ll craft dashboards, API docs, onboarding, and key management experiences that make first integrations obvious and scalable.

Collaborate with Engineering and Research, own design system evolution, and run lightweight developer studies. The role focuses on connecting complex surfaces into simple, fast flows that developers trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design for technical or developer audiences.
• Strong systems thinking and fluency with modern design tooling and design systems.
• A portfolio of shipped work showing craft and clarity under complexity.
• Ability to make dense, technical product surfaces feel simple.

Responsibilities

• Design developer-facing surfaces end to end, from concept to shipped detail.
• Build and extend the design system to keep the product coherent as it grows.
• Improve documentation and onboarding to reduce time-to-first-call.
• Partner closely with Engineering on faithful, high-quality implementation.
• Run lightweight research with developers and translate findings into design decisions.
• Maintain and raise the quality bar for everything a developer sees and touches.
