Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Design and Sales Coordinator to support the Mid Atlantic sales team. This fully remote role enables collaboration with KI designers, reps, dealers, architects, and customers to obtain product specifications.

Ideal candidates reside in Maryland or DC Metro, serving MD, DC, and Northern VA with rare travel to Richmond. Responsibilities include space planning, converting designs to quotes, finish sample processing, sample management, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, drafting, interior design, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• AutoCAD/CET proficiency with rendering skills and ability to read 2D prints and understand 3D geometry.
• Microsoft Office and Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service, technology, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Space planning and design assistance for projects.
• Convert designs to quote estimates and manage finish samples.
• Product sample management and event coordination with customers and A&D.
• Support design center operations and sales meeting coordination.
