Job summary

Art of Drawers is seeking design professionals to present custom storage solutions through in-home consultations. No degree or prior design experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Designers generate their own appointments via referrals and personal relationships, using a Share Program to expand their network. Compensation is performance-based (16–19% per appointment) with earnings ranging from thousands monthly to six figures annually at higher volumes.

Qualifications

• No design degree or prior design experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read people, recommend solutions and solve problems.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Present the Art of Drawers product line through in-home design consultations.
• Generate own appointments via personal relationships and referrals.
• Invite homeowners to Friends/Family introductions using the Share Program.
• Coordinate with homeowners to design custom storage solutions for cabinets.
