Job summary

Archinect is seeking an Associate II to contribute to various projects by developing design and technical solutions under supervision. The role includes managing smaller projects, guiding less experienced team members, and maintaining quality standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
• Advanced understanding of Building Code for egress and capacity.
• Complete understanding of Firm’s Ways of Working.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and execution of projects.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Manage smaller projects independently.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Lead consultant coordination and manage local authority reviews.
