Job summary

Primo Brands in Wisconsin seeks a Design Manager in the Process and Utility Group to lead beverage equipment and supporting systems for spring and packaging operations. You will manage equipment specs, layouts, flow sheets, P&ID development, and on-site startup support.

Partner with Operations, QA, Innovation & Renovation, Marketing and Logistics; travel up to 60% during peak projects. Requires 5+ years in the Food Industry and strong leadership; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; FDA

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field; strong technical and leadership skills.
• Minimum 5 years in Food Industry; knowledge of FDA sanitary design, OSHA, GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of beverage equipment and utility systems.
• Develop equipment specifications, layouts, flow sheets, P&IDs; oversee start-up/commissioning.
• Coordinate multi-project management with Operations, QA, Innovation, Marketing and Logistics.
