Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking and design basics.
• Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Foundational typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Interest in multiple formats: brand identity, digital, print, social.
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows for research and ideation.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically while protecting client IP.

Responsibilities

• Support Art Directors and Designers in concepting and producing brand assets.
• Create and adapt visuals for identity, UI/UX, print, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Copywriting to align visuals with narratives.
• Participate in brainstorms, research, and design reviews.
• Prepare production-ready assets and maintain quality control.
