Job summary

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced Dermatologists to contribute to AI training and clinical-evaluation projects. This remote, non-clinical role focuses on image interpretation, structured annotation, case reasoning, and AI-output review, with no live patient care.

Ideal candidates hold MD/DO with dermatology residency, board certification, and a license; require English fluency and proven expertise across varied skin tones. Compensation is $270/hour, with a minimum 15 hours per week, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with dermatology residency required.
• Board certification through ABD or equivalent, or residency completed with eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted medical licence in country of practice.
• 3+ years post-residency clinical dermatology experience.
• Strong ability to describe conditions with precise medical terminology.
• Experience evaluating presentations across varied skin tones.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and differential-assessment skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fellowship in dermatopathology or related fields is advantageous.
• U.S. licensure or board certification valuable.
• Experience in medical image annotation or AI evaluation beneficial.
• Teaching or rubric design experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Image Interpretation & Case Reasoning and documenting diagnostic reasoning.
• Image Annotation & Lesion Assessment with structured descriptions.
• Develop differential diagnoses and assess severity and progression.
• AI Output Review & Clinical Quality with constructive feedback.
• Evaluation criteria development and difficult-case authoring.
• Support platform development for dermatology datasets.
