Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. seeks a senior dermatologist reviewer to apply expert clinical judgment to AI evaluation and data curation. You will review complex cases in a longitudinal dataset, help establish evaluation frameworks, resolve disagreements, and provide guideline-aligned commentary and consensus documentation.

Role is remote, asynchronous, averaging 15 hours per week, with up to 40 hours during peak batches. Engagement is pay-per-task and planned for 4 weeks with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level or above at a US medical school or academic medical center.
• Board certification in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology.
• Active medical license in good standing in at least one US state.
• Active clinical practice.
• At least three years since residency completion.
• Subspecialty fellowship training is beneficial.
• Peer-reviewed dermatology publications are a plus.
• Familiarity with current dermatology guidelines and complex medical images.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level clinical review for assigned dermatology case batches.
• Evaluate complex cases using current dermatology guidelines.
• Facilitate structured resolution of clinical disagreement.
• Contribute to clinical evaluation frameworks and reviewer guidance.
• Document defensible reasoning and consensus.
