Job summary

Avel eCare, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is seeking a Dermatologist to join our Specialty Clinic as a PRN/1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers remote practice across the United States and the flexibility of PRN scheduling to help underserved populations access dermatology expertise.

You will provide remote outpatient consults, review patient information, coordinate with on-site teams, and document visits clearly.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of Dermatology practice experience.
• Telemedicine experience preferred.
• Active DEA certification and Dermatology board status.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote outpatient dermatology consults via secure telemedicine.
• Review patient information and formulate care recommendations.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to coordinate next steps in care.
• Document visits clearly and promptly.
• Follow telehealth workflows for smooth consultations.
