DataAnnotation seeks experienced dermatologists and clinicians to train AI models by evaluating dermatology-focused AI answers and checking their reasoning. You will work remotely as an independent contractor, measuring accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness of responses to skin-related clinical questions.

This role welcomes licensed dermatologists, physicians in other specialties, and licensed nurses, with flexible scheduling and hourly pay. Projects vary in scope and time commitment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented, with clear, well-organized writing.
• Licensed clinician in the United States (dermatologist, physician, PA, NP, nurse, pharmacist, or other clinical professional). Residents and fellows welcome.
• Licensed clinicians outside the US are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on clinical experience with conditions of the skin, hair, and nails.

Responsabilités

• Review AI responses to clinical questions with clinician context.
• Rate each response on accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness.
• Compare two independent responses, decide which is more reliable, and log discrepancies.
• Write a clear, detailed rationale explaining your call, including what the weaker response got right.
• Pinpoint what model responses miss, misstate, or leave incomplete, from incomplete differentials to red flags.
