Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare seeks a licensed dentist to contribute to AI training remotely. The role involves data labeling, annotation, and evaluating outputs for AI dental models.

You will apply expertise in CAD/CAM workflows, digital imaging, and treatment planning software to ensure clinical relevance and workflow realism. This is a contractor, remote position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with DDS/DMD or international equivalent.
• Experience with clinical dental software (PMS, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, or treatment planning).
• Experience in human data projects (data labeling, RLHF, evaluation).
• Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows and technologies.
• Proficient English (B2+) for remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, annotate, and label clinical dental data for AI models.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Provide expert insights on digital dentistry workflows and software.
• Review dental charts, imaging, and case scenarios for ML tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify dental practices.
• Deliver structured feedback to refine AI-driven dental apps.
