Applicants should hold a DDS/DMD or equivalent, have experience with dental software, and be comfortable with virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with DDS/DMD or international equivalence.
• Proven hands-on experience with clinical dental software (practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, or treatment planning).
• Experience in human data projects (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, evaluation, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows and technologies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to participate remotely and collaborate virtually.

Responsabilités

micro1 is engaging experienced dentists to participate in AI data training opportunities for a customer's project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Analyze, annotate, and label clinical dental data to support AI model development.
2. Evaluate outputs from dental AI models for accuracy, clinical relevance, and workflow realism.
3. Provide expert insights on digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM workflows, digital imaging, and treatment planning software.
4. Review and validate dental charting, imaging, and case scenarios for use in machine learning tasks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to clarify dental practices and software usage.
6. Deliver structured feedback and guidance to help refine and enhance AI-driven dental applications.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Licensed dentist (DDS, DMD, or internationally recognized equivalent).
2. Proven hands-on experience with clinical dental software (practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, or treatment planning solutions).
3. Prior involvement in human data projects (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, evaluation, or similar tasks).
4. Comprehensive understanding of digital dentistry workflows and technologies.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data review and annotation.
6. English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
7. Comfort with remote, software-based project participation and virtual collaboration.
