Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider network management or payer environment.
• 5+ years in the dental industry, with PPO/Medicare familiarity.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of provider contracting and fee schedule development.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider reimbursement arrangements, claims data and network metrics to identify PPO discount opportunities.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider factors to develop contracting strategies.
• Assess financial/operational impact of reimbursement changes and network adjustments.
• Collaborate with network management, contracting, analytics, provider relations and product teams.
• Build relationships with dental providers to enable successful negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership.
