CVS Health is seeking a remote recruiter to build and manage dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare. You will work in a mobile, remote environment, developing contracted networks while improving profitability for CVS Health and Aetna.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in provider relations or related healthcare roles,-strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects. A High School diploma is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit quality dental networks of dentists and provide access and affordability for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients.
• Foster growth of managed care contracted networks in a remote, mobile work environment.
• Enhance profitability for CVS Health and Aetna through network development and strategic partnerships.
